I'm Back!!!

Well, actually I'm not, but I do have time for a little quickie. Lots has happened... Got a job, (actually have had it for a while, but never blogged it) got a new place, and am now an uncle. So three cheers all around. I went against Dan's advice and went with a retail job. I have pretty good coworkers, it's a real casual atmosphere, and I am in management level, so that's all cool. The apartment Josh and I found is great. It's not really an apartment per se, but a duplex, which is preferable to me. I really don't like apartment complexes with one hall down the middle flanked by doors facing off against each other. The place is kind of small, but it's in a pretty cool part of town and was definitely the right price. All in all I'm satisfied. Now the whole uncle bit is my favorite piece of news. My sister had a great big baby boy on Thursday. She was WAY overdue, so it was about time. And so far he's a pretty quiet baby. I'm sure he'll find his voice more as he gets a little older, but thus far he's a content baby.

That's all for now. Once we get the whole cable/internet deal set up I should be able to write more regularly, but it might be a little while before you hear from me again. Oh, and as far as my last post, great comment Mr. Anonymous.
